The Oak at Fourteenth, also referred to as OAK, features an open kitchen where guests can watch the renowned chefs work their magic. The menu includes New American fare and creative cocktails, all inspired by local and fresh ingredients.

The Kitchen American Bistro serves international and American fare with a creative twist, featuring local and fresh ingredients from Colorado. The elegant and sophisticated atmosphere also offers a stunning bar with unique cocktails and classic libations. Also located on Pearl Street is Salt, a farm-to-table restaurant featuring a rotating menu with only the freshest ingredients. American and international favorites create a menu that complements the cozy and comfortable atmosphere inside.
 

Things to Do

Boulder is known for its incredible mountain scenery and outdoor recreation, and the city itself offers many options. Chautauqua Park is a National Historic Landmark at the base of the Flatirons, a stunning rock formation. The park offers access to walking, hiking, and mountain biking trails throughout the Flatirons and surrounding areas.

Boulder Creek Path offers additional opportunities for walking, tubing, wildlife spotting, and cycling. Visitors along the path can enjoy the rushing water from nearby Boulder Creek and the beautiful views of the mountain. Residents can enjoy the Mount Sanitas Trail for a longer hike. This 3.2-mile loop trail ascends to the top of Mount Sanitas. Although the hike can be challenging, adventurous souls are rewarded with breathtaking views of Boulder and the Back Range.

Pearl Street Mall is a beautiful outdoor collection of shops, art galleries, and restaurants along Pearl Street. With local and eclectic options, the Pearl Street Mall offers beautiful and high-end choices for shopping. Boulder also offers a seasonal farmers’ market, from April through November, featuring crafts, art, local produce, meat, cheese, and more. The Boulder Creek Festival kicks off the return of summer with live music, creative foods from local restaurants, craft beers, spirits, and plenty of fun.
